Electrical Testing & Tagging
What is Test and Tagging?
‘ Test and Tag ’ is the term commonly used to ensure your electrical equipment and appliances are safe to use in the workplace.
In order to make these items safe, one must comply with the strict work health and safety regulations put in place by the Australian Government. The standard specification AS/NZS3760:2010 requires business owners to undertake this safety process regularly to meet law requirements.
Why Choose Maratustech?
The regulation states that testing must be carried out by a ‘competent person.’ That person should be able to use test equipment safely and effectively and must understand the equipment's construction, the standards' requirements.
We at Maratustech are fully Qualified Electricians with 30 years of industry experience. As Electricians, we can perform electrical repairs on the spot as they are discovered, unlike some other companies that have sent people to a 1-week course to learn how to use testing equipment only and are not qualified electricians.
Electrical Safety Inspections & Testing
Maratustech performs safety inspections and tests all 240 Volt and 415 Volt electrical equipment connected to the electrical supply by a flexible cord or connecting device using specialized testing equipment.
